Nestlé has been operating in Indonesia since 1971, and we currently employ more than 2,600 people to produce a variety of Nestlé products at three plants: Plant Kejayan, Pasuruan, East Java to process dairy products such as Dancow, BEAR BRAND, and Nestle Dancow IDEAL; Long factory in Lampung to process NESCAFÉ instant coffee and Cikupa factory in Banten to produce confectionery products and POLO’S FOX. Currently being built factory in Karachi fourth planned to be operational in 2013 to produce Dancow, MILO, and Nestlé CERELAC baby porridge.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): a team player with high motivation, capacity to learn and deliver knowledge, precision result, quality conscious & have a lot of energy, Able to share his/her idea in English.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kejayan Factory, East Java.
- Have experience in LEAN and TPM Implementation for at least 3 years
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
