Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia or Kemenkumham or the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia is one of the ministry in the Indonesian Cabinet. The Ministry has the task to conduct affairs in the field of law and human rights in the government to assist the President in running the state government. Kemenkumham’s head office based in Jakarta and located in Jl HR Rasuna Said kav 6-7 Kuningan Jakarta Selatan.
The Ministry also operated 33 area offices in 33 provinces in all over Indonesia. Kemenkumham also supported by 7 Directorate General, 1 Secretariat-General, 1 Inspectorate General, and 3 Agency offices. Currently Kemenkumham lead by Amir Syamsudin, SH, MH as the Minister.

Notes
1. Prospective applicants throughout the Indonesians are required to register online to the website address http://Cpns.kemenkumham.go.id and fill out the registration form that has been provided the applicant can print a registration receipt.
2. Application file consists of:
- Cover letter handwritten in black ink on paper folio lined and sealed Rp.6000, – addressed To the Minister of Law and Human Rights in Jakarta Rl;
- Photo copy ljazah / STTB and transcripts that have legalized last;
- Copy of Letter Police Notes that have been legalized;
- Photocopy of Yellow Card / Card Seekers who have been legalized;
- Photocopy of birth certificate / Birth Certificate;
- Certificate of able-bodied, not color blind, not deaf and not tattooed from hospital doctors. Government / Health Center;
- Letter from Chief of never married;
- Statement containing the applicant could not marry during their education and are not bound by other agencies / private;
- Pas blue base color photograph measuring 3 x 4 cm 2lembar (for examinees card);
- Proof of registration cetaUprint registration;
3. For Applicants from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Civil grain besides the above, should also be equipped with:
- Letter of permission or instruction from the Secretary or the Head of the Main Unit and the Regional Office or Head of Unit;
