PT Wijaya Karya Insan Pertiwi (WIKA Insan Pertiwi) a subsidiary of WIKA, resulted from the acquisition of 70.08 percent shares of PT Catur Insan Pertiwi on November 2008. WIKA Insan Pertiwi specializes in the installation of mechanical electrical industrial and power plant projects. With WIKA Insan Pertiwi, WIKA’s experience in civil construction becomes fully equipped for undertaking EPC projects, industrial projects, oil and gas as well as power plant projects through the Department of Utility and Department of Energy.
In anticipating the operation of the power plants that are part of the 10,000 MW program, owned by both PLN and Independent Power Producer (IPP), as well as the growth of investment in the fields of industry, oil & gas and mining, WIKA Insan Pertiwi which has been quite active in providing labor supply for industrial maintenance needs, is also developing its business toward the Operation and Maintenance ofr industries and power generation.
The synergy of the Company’s marketing and procurement and the additional experience of large and complex project management, will further accelerate the growth of WIKA Insan Pertiwi in achieving its mission to become a pioneer in the development of engineering and mechanical and electrical construction services, and provide the operation and maintenance services. All of these services take into account the aspects of competitiveness, security, quality, timeliness and the environment.
In addition to WIKA Insan Pertiwi’s projects within WIKA, it also undertakes projects outside of WIKA, from repeat customers as well as new customers, which continue to be developed. Projects being carried out by WIKA Insan Pertiwi in 2009 include: Batakan Diessel Engine Power Plant, Bontang Diessel Engine Power Plant, Chipper mill and Medco Merauke Diesel Engine Power Plant, KCM Conveyor, Indominco Conveyor, and Asam-asam Conveyor, Indocement Grinding Mill, Mechanical Installation at the SPV 4 expansion (South Pacific Viscouse), one of the largest rayon factory in Indonesia. While in 2010, WIKA Insan Pertiwi aims to carry out several Coal Fired Power Plant and Biomass, Diesel Engine Power Plant, tank farm, palm oil mill, oil and gas pipeline, aviation fuel supply system pipeline and mechanical electrical of mining industrial projects.

HRD Staff
Requirements:
- Min S1 majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Male/Female with maximum age 30 years old
- Min 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient computer software applications in the field
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership, problems solving and organizing skills
- Willing to achieve higher responsibility
- Able to work in a team, under pressure and meet tight schedule

Procurement Staff
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent, reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Male,age maximum 35 years old
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position mechanical and electrical construction
- Proficient computer software applications in the field
- Able to maintain good relationship and communication with all vendors & suppliers
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership, problems solving and organizing skills
- Willing to achieve higher responsibility
- Able to work in a team, under pressure and meet tight schedule

Accounting Staff
Requirements:
- Male or Female,age maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must prosses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work in a team,under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Willing to achieve higher responsibility
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Proficient computer software applications in the field
- Preferably have an understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Marketing
Requirements:
- Male or Female maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Have the ability to conduct negotiations and presentations
- Able to work in a team, under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Good command in both written and spoken English
Estimator
Requirements:
- Male or Female maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Minimum working experience 1 in the same field
- Able to work in a team, under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Proficient software Auto Cad
- Good command in both written and spoken Englisht.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Graduate (SMK / D3)
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year in Power Plant industry is a MUST – Staff Level
- Willing to be stationed in East Kalimantan (40 Km from Balikpapan)
- Strong Skill and knowledge in electrical industry
- Strong leadership, problems solving and organizing skills
- Willing to achieve higher responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Good command in both written and spoken English is a MUST
