PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. (the “Company”) is the first state-owned company who sell its share to public (go public) by Public Offering on 40.000.000 (forty million) common shares with nominal of Rp 1.000,00 (one thousand rupiah) per share with Rp 7.000,00 (seven thousand rupiah) price offered each share.

Funds from the public offering are fully utilized to finance the new construction plant in Tuban, East Java, with the capacity of 2.3 million tons cement per year. The funds are also use for optimizing Plant II Gresik that is to improve the capacity from 1 million tons cement per year to 1.3 million tons cement per year and also to improve the fuel and electricity efficiency.

In the year 1995 the Company released Limited Public Offering I to shareholders with the amount of 444.864.000 common shares with the nominal Rp 1.000 (one thousand rupiah) per share.

The Company’s shareholders have the right to buy new shares in the Limited Public Offering I with terms that is shareholders are allowed to buy three (3) new shares for each share they have owned. The shares are each Rp 3.275,00 (three thousand two hundred seventy five rupiah).
