- Min S1, preferably from reputable universities, majoring in
- Agriculture : Agronomy / Cultivation, Pests & Disease, Soil Science (MTP-TAN)
- Agricultural Technology : Agricultural Engineering (MTP-MEK)
- Engineering : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (MTP-TEK)
- Engineering : Informatics Engineering, Computer Science (MTP-IT)
- Economics : Accounting (MTP-AKU)
- Economic : Management (MTP-MAN)
- Law : Legal Studies (MTP-HUK)
- Min GPA
- 2.80 for MTP-TAN, MTP-MEK, MTP-TEK
- 3.00 for MTP-I, MTP-MAN, MTP-Huk
- Maximum age 30 years old (at the time in April 2013).
- Single (not married) and not willing to get married during the program
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
- Pass the selection process organized by the company.
