About PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero)
PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) is one of state owned plantations companies in Indonesia. The Company engaged in plantation, processing and marketing activities of plantation products and founded in 1996. The Company’s corporate head quarter located in Surabaya and operated in Mojokerto, Nganjuk, Jombang, Kediri, Sidoarjo, Tulungagung, Jember, Klaten and Jepara. PTPN X supported by 3 main business; Sugar Industry, Tobbacco and Hospital, with operated 11 sugar manufacturing plants, 3 hospilats, and 3 tobbacco processing plants.
PTPN X Persero is founded based on govermental regulation no.15 In February14.1996, which regulate the switchover of BUMN from Pi. Perkebunan (Eks.PiP 19. Ocs. PIP 2722 and as pip 27) Into PT, Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) and decanted in notary deed of Harun Kamil, SH No 43 at March 11, 1996 and altered in notary deed of Sri Rahayu Prasetyo SH No 01, at July 12. 2002
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Persero has three (3) main business, that is
- Sugar Industry. Sugar is sold locally through free competition and coordination (auction and negotiation). Meanwhile, the buyer of drop product is end user (factory) and trader.
- Tobacco, sold directly to factory and trader. Also exported through auction by delivering product sample
- Hospital, projected to fulfill social (union and constitutes self supporting business unit.
Other business unit constitutes cooperation and subsidiary company of PTPN X
- Cutting Bobbin Service, Cooperation between P7PN X and Burger Soehne A9 Burg (1358) – Swiss
- Plastic Bug. cooperation with PT Surya Satria Sembada-Jakarta to found PT Dasaplast Nusantara Which the products consisted of plastic bag, inner bag and waring, is aimed mainly to fulfill sugar factory and tobacco farm PTPN X And also export the products to Malaysia ond domestic market 3.
- Cultivation in Edamame and Okura Say, cooperation with PT Bahana Artha Ventura to found PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Edamome Soy Is mainly exported to Japan however, efforts have been conducted to tea product in domestic market

Programer (PGMR X)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
- Minimum S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering/Information System with GPA min. 2.75
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed around the working area PTPN X
- Mastering in Net technology programming language ; Java, PHP, C #, Web Based System Development
- Mastering in SQL Database Server, Postgre SQL, Oracle
- Mastering in interface making BIS (Business Intelligence Services) Oracle
- Experienced in the manufacture of large-scale applications (Enterprise)
- Have good analytical skills
Pengelola Jaringan (PJ) – Infrastruktur Jaringan TI
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
- Minimum S1 majoring in Electro Engineering/Informatics Management with GPA min. 2.75
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English both oral and written
- Able to design and plan the WAN Network Systems / MAN intercity and data communication system
- Able to lead and manage the IT Infrastructure Project and relationships with third parties
- Able to perform monitoring, design, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance of wired and wireless computer networks
- Understanding and experience in TCP / IP, OSI, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, VOIP
- Experienced configure the load balancer, firewall, traffic shaping, routing, bandwidth management, intrusion and Threat Detection System, ACL and network monitoring system
- Have CISCO certificate (preferably)
Operator Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 20-27 years old
- Minimum D3 majoring in Informatics Management/Informatics Engineering/Electro with GPA min. 2.75
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English both oral and written
- Preferred 1 year experience in image processing with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcIMS, etc..
- Fluent in processing land suitability map
- Have a good skill in GIS for processing a variety of GIS data formats with various Software
- Preferably capable of processing the data / simulation of the data vector or raster
General Requirements
- Height Min. 160 cm
- Have personal leadership, initiative, able to work in teams, innovative, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing job out of town
