PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) was established in February 26, 2009 with a purpose to accelerate infrastructure development in Indonesia.
To promote Public Private Partnership, PT SMI proactively builds strong relationship with private investor and multinational insitutions to finance various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) or PT SMI is one of the Indonesian state-owned company engaged in non bank financial service. The Company engaged to accelerate infrastructure development in Indonesia. The Company established in 2009 and besed in Jakarta. The Majority shareholders owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia. The Company recorded total portfolio Rp2 trillion (+ USD 200 million) and it will be increased gradually. PT SMI provide financing to infrastructure projects through various financing scheme including loan, mezzanine and equity. To promote Public Private Partnership, PT SMI proactively builds strong relationship with private investor and multinational insitutions to finance various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
The Purpose of the Establishment
- A catalyst in the acceleration of the infrastructure development in Indonesia.
- To provide alternative source of fund to financing project by working with all stakeholders to obtain an appropriate financing solution.
- To promote Public Private Partnerships in financing various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
- To increase the size and capacity of PT SMI and its effectiveness through the partnerships with third parties.

Accounting Staff (Administration Financing) (AF-KM)
- Male / Female, with maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum S1 in Accounting from reputable university
- Having minimum 5 years in Accounting Staff / Administration Financing
- Having experience/ knowledge about Administration Financing in Banking / Finance
- Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in a team as well as individually
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
- Good command of English both written and spoken is preferable
- Having Knowledge about implementation IFRS in financial/ banking industry
- Graduated from Banking Management Training is an advantage
- Male / Female, with min 28 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business / Industrial Engineering / Engineering from reputable university
- Having experience min. 5 years in similar position at foreign or domestic financial institutions (Banking, securities, investment bank, etc.)
- Having good knowledge in financial modelling
- Having good knowledge about law regulations related infrastructure in Indonesia
- Having CFA certification will be advantage
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Should possessess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Having experience in handling infrastructure projects
- Willing to be placed in the area of Yogyakarta
- Willing to be contracted for 2 months
- Proficient computer literacy minimum Ms. Office
- Good command of English both written and spoken
Risk Management Team Leader (Credit Risk)
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
- Having min. 2-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as credit analyst.
- Understanding credit risk and other risk related to lending activity
- Having CFA / FRM will be advantage
- Understand and can operate Bloomberg Application
- Having experience in making risk mitigation proposals for financing products
- Having experience in managing portfolios investment and financing
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Having attention to detail and risk focus
- Willing to travel to project site
- Having good analytical skill, decision making, and problem solving skill
- Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring termsheet program and Ms.Office
- Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
- Female, Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from Secretary Academy.
- Having minimum 5-10 years experience in similar position preferably from Banking / Finance / Investment Institution.
- Having Trustworthy, Precise, Self Motivated, Teamwork, Hardworking, Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Fast Learner, Proactive, and Self Initiated.
- Having ability in managing time efficiently and mature.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint.
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
