Quality Product Engineering
Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
- Studying and analyzing engineering data, process planning production, quality requirements in order to design methods of inspection and test (test sheet, wiring instr insp, maint insp, special insp, double insp,) and the data of inspection / test for the sub-assembly / Assembly.
- Blending (synthesizing) analysis inspection records and identify potential key product characteristics, and selecting statistical techniques required for establishing, controlling and verifying process capability and product characteristics phase Sub Assembly / Assembly.
- Dealing with national institutions to obtain standards and national rules relating to product requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduated State University, GPA> 2.75, Maximum age 27 years
- Subject S1 techniques (Engineering / Physics / Aeronautics / Chemical / Industrial / Aeronautics)
- Able to use measuring devices commonly used in the assembly.
- Able to calibrate the standard gauge (not special).
- Being able to analyze and identify the technical data.
- Being able to process the data from the inspection / test and analyze quality trends.
Quality Systems Engineering
Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
- Identifying documents applicable instructions, Standard International and Regulatory into a checklist.
- Make compliance matrix between instruction document to Standard International (customer requirements) and regulatory compliance including information quality.
- Ensure implementation of quality systems and menuangkannnya revised report into the quality of the system performance.
- Inspector to discuss the implementation of system-related quality techniques / methods / procedures & implementation of inspection / testing and results.
- Operator / Mechanic for the implementation of the system relates to a method / process production work is done and the results
Requirements:
- Graduated State University, GPA> 2.75, Maximum age 27 years
- S1 Engineering (Engineering, Flight, Aeronautics, Chemical, Industrial, Physics)
- Being able to measure the simple components that do not require special gauges, special gauges such. Coordinate Measuring Machine.
- Able to calibrate a simple standard gauge (not specified)
- Being able to use PC software for report writing, presentation, simple calculation and mapping of business processes
- Ability to write reports and written presentation materials
- Able to communicate in Indonesian and English active active.
Production Assembly & Integration

Responsibilities:
- Inventory, validate and evaluate the completeness of Engineering Documents that will be required in the design concept of the assembly
- Evaluate and identify parameters that are required in the design concept and assembly facility requirements (Tools, Jigs, GSE, Machinery, etc..).
- Following the implementation of the assembly process.
- Identify issues that arise during the implementation of the assembly and report to Engineer level above
- Knowing the basic concepts of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Planning (CAP), Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP), Integrated Resources Planning (IRP)
Requirements:
- Graduated State University, GPA> 2.75, Maximum age 27 years
- S1 Engineering (Engineering, Electrical, Industrial, Flight)
- Able to read and interpret Engineering Documents
- Knowing the basic concepts of quality control (quality control system)
- Able to prepare a document, manually according standard procedures
- Being able to describe the problem and arrange in the form of technical reports
