PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum) where the whole is owned by the Government. PERUMNAS was established as a solution to the government in providing adequate housing for the lower middle. The company was established under Government Regulation No. 29 of 1974, amended by Government Regulation No. 12 of 1988, and perfected by Government Regulation No. 15 of 2004 dated May 10, 2004. Since its founding in 1974, Perumnas always look and act as a pioneer in the provision of housing and settlements as lower-middle income community.
PERUM Perumnas is one of the Indonesian State Owned company engaged in property and housing services. The Company established since 1974 based on The Government of Republic Indonesia Regulation Number 29 of 1974. Perumnas was established as a solution of the government of Indonesia in providing adequate housing for the middle to lower people. The Company based in Jakarta and supported by 1,442 employees spread on 1 head office, 7 regional offices, 1 Rusunawa Regional Office, 58 branch offices in all over Indonesia. The Company products consist of Landed Housing, Vertical Housing, Simple Rental Flats, Low Cost Appartment, Ready to Develop Areas, and Urban Renewal. Based on Perumnas Annual Report 2010, 10.522 units of the realization of housing production in 2010 with total sales of Rp796.1 billion. The Company was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system.
