Requirements
- Minimum bachelors degree in any disciplines, preferably from Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experiences in HR especially in oil & gas industry
- Preferably experienced in handling HR Information Systems and Business Process, Payroll Management, Employee Database Management & Reporting
- Having good knowledge of Local labor laws & ILO regulations and other legal matters
- Having considerable knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, HRIS Systems (ex. SAP, Sunfish, etc.) and Database software (ex. Oracle
Internal Auditor ( exe-1 )
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 1 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
- Preferably having minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance & Accounting
- Preferably having minimum 1 years of working experiences in Internal Control
- Should have experience in auditing operations in a complex environment
- Has knowledge in Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Risk assessment, PSC accounting treatment
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Has essential leadership skills and good teamwork
- Has excellent track record in managing & delivering multitasking project and/or project management
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Compliance Analyst ( exe-2 )
