PT LEN Industri (persero) was established since 1965 then transformed into a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in 1991. Since that time, Len was no longer an extension of the National Electronics Institute, but has become a professional business entity under the name Len Industries. - Willing to pay a compensation fee if the test resigned after being accepted as a prospective employee
- Willing to undergo probation, detention diploma and did not resign for 2 years in accordance with the provisions of the company

Selection Stage
Selection recruitment in 2013 through 5 stages, namely:
- Phase I: Selection Administration: Results of a Phase I Selection will be announced on-line via the website: www.len.co.id / careers. Administrative selection by PT Len Industri
- Phase II: Psychological Tests
- Psychological tests performed by the consultant. On the Selection Phase II applicants are asked to bring documents such as the provision of Completeness and Authenticity Verification Document

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submission of an application can only be done on-line in accordance with a predetermined period regristrasi. There is no other path that is used in the application delivery process.
- Participants are only allowed to apply to the position / job alone. The second data entry application will be automatically rejected by the system, or through a selection process conducted by the Recruitment Committee.

a. Applicants must bring the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae, can be printed / print on the website www.len.co.id / career after the announcement of the results of Phase I Selection (Selection Administration).
- Copy of diploma and transcripts that berlegalisir original (wet seal).
- Copy of a valid ID card.
- Attach Police Notes (SKCK)
- Color photograph size 4 x 6, 2 sheets.
- Copy of Certificate / Reference Letter related.
- Statement stamped Rp 6000, – were downloaded from the website www. len.co.id / careers, including:
- -Willing to pay compensation if the test costs resigned after being accepted as a prospective employee.
