Bank DKI successfuly achieved the 131.48% growth of net income from Rp136,48 billion in 2009 to Rp316.76 billion in 2010.

Marketing (Code : MK)

Requirements

Experienced at least 1 year in sales of banking products, financial institutions or have experience in consumer goods marketing, preferably experienced in micro banking
Target oriented
Have own motorcycle and SIM C

Relationship and Collection (Code : RC)

Requirements

Experienced at least 1 year in banks or other financial institutions as marketing or collection, preferably experienced in micro banking
Have a good soft collection and hard collection skills
Have own motorcycle and SIM C

Credit Reviewer (Code : CR)

Requirements

Experienced at least 1 year as credit analyst in banks or other financial institutions, preferably experienced in micro banking
Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
Have own motorcycle and SIM C

Area Credit Reviewer (Code : ACR)

Requirements

Experienced at least 2 years as credit analyst in banks or other financial institutions, preferably experienced in micro banking
Experienced at least 1 years as team leader
Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
Max age 37 years old
Have own motorcycle and SIM C

Micro Unit Head (Code : MUH)

Requirements

Experienced and understand the micro banking, and also have a good credit analysis, and collateral appraisal skills
Experienced lead banking unit min 2 years, preferably in micro banking
Have a good negotiation, and selling skills
Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit

Micro Area Head (Code : MAH)

Requirements

Understand and have a good knowledge of micro banking business, credit analysis and collateral appraisal
Experienced lead banking unit min 3 years, preferably in micro banking
Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit

Area Collection Head (Code : ACH)

Requirements

Min 4 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in Collection field
Have a good soft collection and hard collection skills

General Requirements

Male and Female, with max age 35 years old (MK, RC, CR), max age 37 years old (ACR), max age 40 years old (MUH, MAH, ACH)
Min D3 from all majors, preferably S1 (MUH, MAH)
Hard workers and not give up easily
Have a good understanding of risk
Have a good integrity
Have a good leadership skill
Placements : Bandung (Code : BDG), Solo (Code : SL), Jabodetabek (Code : JKT)
