About PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BCA)
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. – BCA officially founded on 21 February 1957 with name Bank Central Asia NV. Lots of things has traversed since the bank was founded, and perhaps the most significant is the monetary crisis that occurred in 1997.
The crisis brings a tremendous impact at overall banking system in Indonesia. However, specifically, this condition affects cash flow in BCA and even had threatened the continuation. Many client panic and then abuzz withdrawn their cash. As a result, the bank forced ask for help from Indonesian Government. And then Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) then take over BCA in 1998.
With the wisdom of business and decision-making that wise, BCA successfully recovered in the same year. In December 1998, fund from was returned to the point before crisis. BCA’s asset reached Rp 67.93 trillion, whereas in December 1997 only Rp 53.36 trillion. Public confidence to BCA have fully recovered, and BCA submitted by BPPN to Bank Indonesia in 2000.

BCA IT-Trainee
Requirements:
- Min S1 Computer background, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (S1) and 3.25 (S2);
- Male / female with max age. 25 years old (S1) and 27 years old (S2);
- Have a good logic and analytical skills;
- Able to work in a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Proactive, creative, and high integrity;
- Drugs free;
- Not married and willing to not get married for education;
- Willing to undergo bond department after education;
- Passed in the selection;
- English is an advantage.
IT Programmer
Requirements:
- S1 in Computer Background with min GPA 2.75
- Mastering in programming languages??, including: C # ASP.NET using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, fo DOS FoxPro, Microsoft Visual FoxPro and Clipper
- Know and understand the database, including: SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008, MySQL and Ddbase
- Never made or engaged in the project of making applications using the programming language C # or ASP.NET with SQLServer database, MySQL or Oracle.
- Male/Female with age 25-30 years old
- Have a good logic and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationships

Infrastruktur Data Centre
Requirements:
- S1 in Mechanical / Electrical / Informatics with min GPA 2.75

Requirements:
- Min S1, preferably from Economics / Marketing / Statistics / Informatics
- Have a good understanding of marketing management and consumer research methods
- Mastering in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and data processing (SPSS / SAS)
- Having the ability to write good reports, analytical thinking
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work fast and precise (thorough)
- Able to work quickly with the demanded strict time and handle the task in under-pressure conditions (deadlines)
- Experienced in the world of marketing research at least 1 year.
Staf Layanan Administrasi Kredit
Requirements:
- Male / female with maximum age 23 years old
- Minimal S1 majoring in Legal Studies / Law with min GPA 2.75
- Have good analytical skills

- Has a precision of detail work
